Foreign investment recovery?

In the European politics course, today’s topic is Europe’s economy.  Along that line, check out this article from the New York Times about how foreign investment in Europe seems to be recovering following the 2010 euro crisis low.  The graph at the right comes from the article.

Most of the investment is going to the more established economies of Northern Europe (who have weathered the debt crisis fairly well) but even countries like Spain seem to be benefiting from more investment, as the article points out.  Good news if this can pick up more in Southern Europe, since a capital shortfall is a significant challenge right now.
